SPEAKING

Invite Me to Speak

I do not speak to fill a slot. I speak to help people see clearly, decide honestly and move forward.

I speak in churches, workplaces, conferences and smaller rooms where honest conversation matters. Every engagement is prepared for the people in the room. No recycled motivation. No performance for its own sake.

Speaking biography

Uuchey is a pastor, career executive, personal finance adviser and writer. He has spent more than a decade working as a senior executive across organisations including Goldman Sachs, J.P. Morgan, London Stock Exchange Group, Societe Generale, amongst others. He leads Royal Tribe Church in East London and founded The London Lantern, a faith-driven community raising leaders in the workplace with faith, integrity and purpose. Uche speaks on Christian faith, work, leadership, career, money and the person we become while pursuing success.

Faith and Preaching

I preach Christ plainly and apply Scripture to the life people are actually living. My aim is not to create a moment people admire. It is to communicate truth people can carry into Monday, private decisions and seasons when faith is costly.

  • The Glorified Christ
  • The Mind of Christ
  • Revival Has a Cost
  • Called, But Becoming
  • The Secret Place
  • Faith That Works
  • Identity in Christ

Career and Marketplace

I help people think honestly about ambition, excellence, integrity and the kind of person their career is producing. Drawing from more than a decade in financial services and technology, I speak to professionals who want to build serious careers without living two separate lives.

  • Beyond Success: Who Are You Becoming While You Build?
  • Excellence Is Spiritual
  • Faith on the Trading Floor
  • Building a Distinguished Reputation
  • Integrity in Competitive Spaces
  • The Duty of Work
  • Leading Under Pressure

Finance and Stewardship

Money is never only about numbers. It touches fear, freedom, family, identity and the future. I offer practical, responsible conversations about earning, spending, saving, giving and building a financial life that serves your purpose rather than controlling it.

  • Money Without Fear
  • Stewardship Before Status
  • Building a Financial Life That Serves Your Future
  • Giving, Saving and Growing with Wisdom
  • The Financial Cost of Comparison

Finance sessions provide general education and practical principles. They do not provide personal investment, tax, mortgage or regulated financial advice.
